Mayor Herbert Bautista, together with City Department Heads, other city officials and employees, inaugurated the city's newest 6-storey building – Building Regulatory Offices (Civic Center D)

located beside the Civil Registry Building. The building has a total floor area is 1,730 sqms. and width of 70 by 24 sqms.

The building houses the Department of Building Official (ground floor to third floor), City Planning Development Office (fourth floor), City Architect Department (fifth floor) and Environmental Protection & Waste Management Department (sixth floor).

The Quezon City's One Stop Shop for Construction Permits (OSSCP), which was formerly located at the 14th floor of the QC Main Building, is now also fully operational at the 2nd floor of the new building with spacious and centralized air-conditioned area to accommodate the daily increasing applicants of the OSSCP.

It will be more convenient now for building permit applicants to transact business since the various departments concerned are all in one location.

This set-up is intended to improve the connectivity of application process and be a benchmark in ease of doing business in the Philippines.

The city also unveiled its Materials Recovery Facilities (MRF), Arugaan Child Minding Center, and the E-Trike and E-Vechicle Station at the Quezon City Hall Compound.
