This review, which also includes several other national agencies, is to verify information regarding the Philippines for the World Bank Global Ranking on doing business in different cities of the world.

Real estate services firm Colliers says both developers and the government should take advantage of opportunities arising from the construction of the Metro Manila Subway
MANILA, Philippines – The planned Metro Manila Subway is expected to boost real estate prices in Quezon City, with both the private sector and the government to benefit, according to Colliers International Philippines.
In a statement last Tuesday, February 26, the real estate services firm said values of both land and properties are seen to increase in the near to medium term.
Quezon City has been hailed as the country’s new Health and Wellness Tourism Capital, based on an ordinance signed by Mayor Herbert Bautista.
