Rockwell, Mitsui Fudosan to develop state-of-the-art residential project in QC

Rockwell Land Corporation signed a joint venture agreement with the Japanese Real Estate Developer, Mitsui Fudosan, for a residential project along Katipunan Avenue. The said project will be named The Arton by Rockwell.

The venture will comprise of three buildings with 1,700 units and retail establishments operated by Rockwell Land next to the residential area. The strategic site is located along Katipunan Avenue, neighboring the notable campuses such as University of the Philippines, Diliman, Ateneo de Manila University and Miriam College.

The first Mitsui Fudosan Group project in the Philippines has a total projected cost of Php 9 billion pesos for the three-tower high-end residential development project.
The first tower of The Arton, called Arton West, was officially launched in July 29 (Saturday). The entire project will stand on a 1.9-hectare property with the three towers. 80 percent of The Arton's 2-hectare site will be dedicated to open spaces while only 20 percent will be for building footprint.
Rockwell Land and Mitsui Fudosan Group’s The Arton will boast its 1,700 units ranging from 27 square meters (sq.m.) for studio units up to 103 sq.m. for three-bedroom units, three pools, a Fiba sized basketball court, and a running path. For students, The Arton will have co-lab spaces in their lobbies where they can study together.
Mitsui Fudosan is engaged in developing, leasing, selling, and managing a portfolio that spans retail, office, residence, hotel, and logistics. The Tokyo-based firm is currently expanding overseas with residential projects present in the United States, the United Kingdom, Taiwan, China, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, and Indonesia, with expansion still eyed across Asia.
