The Magnolia Town Center–Robinsons Residences, the best mixed-use development in the Philippines in 2013, pervading the timeworn atmosphere of New Manila, Quezon City with its contemporary amenities of city living.

Some of the town center’s developments consist of its residential area – The Magnolia Residences which is a four-tower, high-rise condominium and the Robinsons Magnolia Mall – a leading lifestyle mall in the metro that is currently expanding its lifestyle selections.

The mall expansion is set to be completed and operational by 2018 and a redesigned park will also be opened to the public that will exhibit roomy greeneries and public art. The heart of the park will serve as a food gallery where foodies can discover new gastronomic concepts. It will also be a venue for open-air get-togethers and events. New al fresco food establishments will be cushioned along the park’s facade.

Other than the expanded dining and shopping experience, relaxation time with family and friends will also be upgraded as the expansion will include a family amusement center, four state-of-the-art cinemas and a VIP screening room with a guest lounge.

An air-conditioned chapel on the fifth floor will be built, where regular masses will be held. Also, a five-storey prime office development which aims to house local and multinational companies will be built on top of the mall expansion.

Following The Magnolia Residences topping off last year, Tower C, the third tower will be ready-for-occupancy by December 2017 and targets the individuals and accustomed families who still finds exclusivity and comfort in New Manila but at the same time experience the city lifestyle.
