The inauguration was graced by the Senior Vice President Jared Morrison, DTI Sec. The new VXI Global Solutions Inc.–Panorama Branch is the 3rd branch in Quezon City and currently houses more than 4,000 BPO employees.


On setting up a branch in Quezon City, VXI’s Philippine Country Manager and Executive Vice President Jared Morrison said, they choose to put-up sites in Quezon City because it has always depict itself on having a strong and thriving business landscape – this is something VXI want to be part of, and something they want to help sustain and nurture. Magnolia Town Center to take lead in bringing more lifestyle options

ABS-CBN chief operating officer of broadcast Cory Vidanes and Pineda, together with AyalaLand Malls, Inc. president Rowena Tomeldan and AyalaLand, Inc. chief finance officer Ruby Chiong signed the agreement for the development of ABS-CBN Vertis Tent at the ABS-CBN compound in Quezon City.

The ABS-CBN Vertis Tent is scheduled to open within the fourth quarter of 2017, the events place will have a 1,140 square-meter main hall with a seating capacity of 1,200 and will cater all the company’s special events both local and foreign, live shows, product launches, concerts and as well as private events.

ABS-CBN Head of Business Development Paolo Pineda said in an interview that they have already rosters of events coming up that will be held in the ABS-CBN Vertis Tent.

Ayala Malls and ABS-CBN Corporation expressed their excitement with this new venture as it will be able to bring more meaningful experiences to Filipino families.

The Residences

residences bigCentury Properties Group is debuting in the residential property market in Quezon City through a P4.1-billion mid-rise project. The eight-tower project called The Residences at Commonwealth by Century, also marks the company's first foray into the affordable residential market to take advantage of the increasing availability of funds for housing acquisition as well as a low interest rate environment.

Situated on a 4.4-hectare property along Commonwealth Avenue right beside Don Antonio Heights, the project is targeting local and overseas homebuyers, especially young professionals and startup families with a budget range of P1.5 to P3 million. Its environment will be designed like a landscaped nature park and waterpark. The development will offer amenities that encourage outdoor social interaction, a master-planned community with open spaces, greenery and waterscapes; and round the clock safety and security systems.

Designed by architectural firm Broadway Malyan with Century's in-house architects, the eight residental towers named after the prominent personalities of the Commonwealth period, will house 2,300 units. The first building, Osmena West, will have 11 storeys, offering 200 units for completion by 2015. Succeeding buildings such as the Quezon, Roxas, Osmena and Quirino towers will rise to 22 storeys.

Units come in suites and one-bedroom configurations that range from 21 to 49 square meters with an average price of P80,000 per square meter. Larger-cut 2-bedroom units from 64 to 72 square meters worth P5 million and up are also available.

Commonwealth by Century will have The Orchard, a multi-level clubhouse designed with such amenities as a day care center for toddlers, kidergarten for kids, study and library, advanced learning center, arts and crafts studio, dance studio, cooking studio and kitchen, school of rock (rock n'roll center) and a screening room.

The project will also have a complete gym and fitness center with salon and spa, yoga deck, multi-purpose hall for functions and chapel service, a terrace and a roof deck.
