Twin Tower Office in QC to Cater More BPO Companies

Robinson’s Land Corp. Zeta and Exxa Twin Tower.

Robinsons Land Corp. recently had a topping-off ceremony of one of its newest structures, Zeta Towers, located within the Philippine Economic Zone Authority-accredited (PEZA) Bridgetowne IT Park, near the intersection of E. Rodriguez, Jr. Avenue (C-5) and Ortigas Avenue in Quezon City.

The Zeta Tower has a total floor area of more than 34,000 sqm. and will boast its 20-storey structure that will house more IT-BPM firms. Adjacent to it is the identical 20-storey building, Exxa Tower, which to be connected to Zeta Tower once constructed. This twin tower office is said to have a two-level retail component that can accommodate about 4,000 sqm. of leasable space.

The Robinsons Land Corp., sees Quezon City’s location strategic as it has access to two of the main thoroughfares – eastside is Ortigas Center and west side is Eastwood City. Also, the IT Park is situated nearby the eastern cities of Antipolo City and Marikina City.

Exxa and Zeta are the second and third towers to be constructed in Bridgetowne IT park, come first by Tera, which is also 20-storey high. The fourth building, Giga, is already under construction.

Zeta Tower will be nearing completion this 2018, while the Exxa is expected to be fully operational by the second half of the year.

Bridgetowne is RLC’s second IT Park in Metro Manila, following Robinsons CyberGate in Mandaluyong City.

Colliers International Philippines, country’s leading commercial real estate services company, reported that Quezon City is starting to flourish as one of Metro Manila’s office property market.

City’s office stockpile in 2017 moved up fast at 89, 600 sqm. as two other buildings combined added 10,200 sq.m of the city’s stockpile were constructed – 68 Kalayaan Building and The Sky Suites Tower.

Quezon City’s office rental rates for mixed-use development is seen to be competitive against its neighbor cities. In Eastwood City, rental rates ranges from P550 to P950 per square meter per month compared to Makati Central Business District and Fort Bonifacio, which amounts to P1, 000 to P1, 800 per square meter per month.
