A Growing Trend: Co-working Spaces are Growing in Quezon City

coworkingspacethumbThe rise of many professionals and small business owners needing space to work and meet clients, without having to spend a large budget, and without the burden of long-term lease contracts, are fueling the trend towards co-working spaces.

According to workplace solutions advisor Santos Knight Frank, as quoted by BusinessWorld, “The way coworking spaces work is a lot like a serviced office.  So you have a provider, a landlord who leases office space in a building, and then they have members or tenants who come off and buy (or rent) the seat, and then use the facility.”  Amenities typically include wifi, reception, and coffee service.

The following are the available co-working spaces in Quezon City
 (www.hoppler.com.ph, www.spot.ph, cnnphilippines.com):
